daim is a post-digital music project formed in 2016 with Axel Chemla—Romeu-Santos and Kevin Raharolahy.

Characterized by a rejection of cultural and technical systems associated with pop and art music, the project explores digital forms of audiovisual expression that radically oppose the concept of optimization, nowadays critically intruding entertainment and creative industries. Information and communication technologies actively contribute to the project’s imagery (digital entrepreneurship, Internet, video games) as well as to its execution (streaming platforms as musical interfaces, web-based software as narrative containers, machine learning for embodied abstractions).

The project was developed with Samuel Wahl and Adèle Pécout in collaboration with the wolfgang collective.
