A soft robotic object that inflates and deflates its textile body with air, as if it was breathing. The object produces its own breathing waves through GANspire<\/a><\/em>, a generative deep learning model. An infra-red camera monitors the audience’s breathing to synchronise the object’s breathing wave. An evolving drone music recorded with respiratory care practitioners provides the audience with an appeasing atmosphere to breathe within. The parabolic installation diffracts the sound and light waves coming from and through the object and the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
